(U) On September 21, we delivered Haiti meeting invitation
to MFA Peace and Reconciliation Acting Deputy Director
General Kjersti Andersen. MFA State Secretary Jorg Willy
Bronebakk separately noted to post that the Deputy Foreign
Minister Raymond Johanssen is currently traveling and will
consider the invitation. Post will report on any additional
response.
