(S) On July 30 we delivered reftel points to MFA Legal
Department Deputy Director General Martin Sorby, who pledged
to share the information with colleagues in the Ministries of
Justice and Finance, in addition to the Norwegian
intelligence service (PST) and white collar crime agency
(Okokrim). While Norway will consider whether to co-sponsor
the designation, Sorby reiterated that the Norwegians would
immediately implement any related UN designations.
