Norwegian Ministry of Trade and Industry Senior Advisor Hege
Gabrielsen, in addition to discussing related issues with

Gabrielsen reiterated previous comments noted in Reftel C,
stating that Norway closed the window for sovereign credits

U.S. policy in this matter. While pledging to review the
points, she noted that the GON has been in close consultation
with the USG concerning this issue. As referenced in reftel

for Export Credit (GIEK) ended accepting Iranian applications
for export credits prior to UNSCR 1747's enactment.
