(SBU) On June 11 we delivered reftel points to MFA United
Nations Section Senior Adviser Lars Petter Henie. Henie will
share the points with his colleagues in New York (including
those in the UN General Assembly's Fifth Committee),and
report back to us with any substantive comments. He
emphasized that the GON took the issues raised in the reftel
points "very seriously."
