On May 8 we delivered reftel points regarding U.S. positions
at the upcoming World Health Assembly to Norwegian Ministry
of Foreign Affairs UN Advisor, Eva Hermstad. Hermstad
offered no immediate comment but said that she would review
our positions with the rest of the UN group. Post will
inform the Department of any further substantive response.
