(SBU) Deputy Pol/Econ Counselor delivered reftel points on
April 30 to Anniken Mordal, Chief of the International
Section, Norwegian Ministry of Trade and Industry. Mordal
had no immediate substantive reaction but said she would
bring the information to the attention of Trade Minister Dag
Terje Andersen. The Ambassador is scheduled to meet Andersen
on May 4. The pharmaceutical patent issue is on the agenda.
