Remarks : On Tuesday, March 13, 2007, Ms. Goodwin of Prestige Homes, in Phoenix, AZ contacted post to report Mr. Chirstof's possible disappearance. Ms. Goodwin last had contact with Mr. Christof in February 2006 when he worked as an in-house attorney for her company. Ms. Goodwin said that Mr. Christof was diagnosed with muscular dystrophy in 2005 and that due to his illness, he stopped working in early 2006. Ms. Goodwin sold a car to Mr. Christof, but the title did not get transferred to the new owner. Ms. Goodwin told Conoff that Mr. Christof probably drove to Nogales, AZ in February or March of 2006 and left the car in a Nogales, AZ parking lot. The parking lot removed the car to a local salvage yard in November 2006 and informed Ms. Goodwin as the registered owner in March 2007. Post contacted local authorities and received a negative response regarding Mr. Christof's welfare and whereabouts. Post has made multiple calls to Mr. Christof's NOK phone number as written in his passport application, but has been unable to speak with anyone and the family has not answered Post's voice mails.
