Mr. Villa's last contact with his family occurred on Sunday, July 15, 2007 while he was visiting his mother at a local hospital in Nogales, Sonora, Mexico. Ms. Villa said that her father left Nogales with his wife, Margarita Padilla-Amezcua, and son, Francisco Armando Villa-Padilla, heading South to Santa Ana, Sonora, Mexico and has not contacted his family since then.
