Panayiotis Papadopoulos, Division of Multilateral Affairs,
Cypriot Ministry of Foreign Affairs, urging the MFA official
to "pencil-in" May 28, 2008, when the Department will conduct
the Proliferation Security Initiative's (PSI)
fifth-anniversary conference in Washington. Papadopolous
appreciated the heads-up and said he would urge his embassy
in Washington to send a representative.
