Secretary, Multilateral Affairs, Cypriot MFA. Ioakim

believed that Cyprus, as one of the 61 co-sponsors of the
resolution, would continue to support the text "as-is." It
would watch the debate closely, however, and eventually adopt
the EU position. Concluding, she promised to pass our
request directly to Cypriot UNGA representatives in New York.
