Affairs Attache Dionysis Dionysiou. A similar message has
been passed (repeatedly) by Embassy's Regional Affairs Office
(RAO) to the appropriate GOC agency. GOC interlocutors
continue to assure Emboffs that Cyprus is making efforts to
ensure the island is not a conduit for any flow of foreign
fighters into Iraq. However, Dionysiou would only commit to
consider the request that Cyprus also demarche its Arab
neighbors.
