Khobargade stated that the Government of India (GOI) had investigated the matter and had determined that Titanium Tantalum did not have an Iranian representative operating on its behalf. ¶2. GOI has been regularly sharing information with the USG on cases of possible onward proliferation in the spirit of close and friendly relations and shared objective of preventing proliferation.
