1. (SBU) SUMMARY: On 06 November 2007, at approximately
1100, Assistant Regional Security Officer/Investigator
(ARSOI) and Post officials coordinated a follow-up interview
of Subject detailed in RefTel to answer additional questions
regarding the alleged "container of uranium" for sale.
Reporting ARSOI reaffirmed that the individual had no
information of an imminent threat to US facilities,
personnel, or interests. End Summary.
2. (S/NF) DETAILS: On 06 November 2007, ARSOI coordinated
with GRPO and scheduled a follow up interview of Subject
detailed in RefTel who claimed to have information about the
sale of uranium. ARSOI began the interview and subsequently
introduced the Subject to GRPO to answer detailed questions
sent from GRPO headquarters. GRPO will send detailed results
of the interview via SepTel.
3. (S/NF) Subject is identified as:

Place of Birth: Nairobi, Kenya
