1. (SBU) As per reftel B, the GOK informed post via
Diplomatic Note, dated October 2nd, stating, "Complimentary
opening - Has the honour to refer to the latter's request for
Kenya to support its Resolution on, "Condemning the use of
Rape as an Instrument of State Policy," to be tabled at the
United Nations General Assembly. The Ministry is happy to
inform that the Government of KENYA will support this
Resolution. Complimentary Close".
