1. This is an action request. See para 3.
2. The GOK sent diplomatic note MFA/91/28A of September 10 to the
Embassy noting the last Bilateral Air Services negotiations were in
2000, and requesting negotiations on the Bilateral Air Services
Agreement November 26-30 in Washington D.C. The note does not offer
any further information, such as specific issues for discussion.
3. Action request: Please advise Post if the GOK's proposal is
acceptable, or if any further information is required for making a
decision.
