Country Clearance is requested for John Yates, Special Envoy for Somalia, to travel to Rome to attend the Somalia International Contact Group Meeting Hosted by the GOI to be held at the Italian Foreign Ministry September 10-11. John Yates holds a Top Secret Clearance and Diplomatic Passport # ¶910002030. ¶2. Yates has a Personal reservation at the Rose Garden Hotel for the night of September 8. Post requests assistance in hotel reservations for September 9-11 at the same hotel as A/S Jendayi Frazer or nearby hotel within per diem. Post would appreciate airport facilitation assistance and transport as appropriate. ¶3.
