Begin Text of Diplomatic Note: MFA.231/28A MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kenya presents its compliments to the Embassy of the United States of America and in reference to the latter? note verbale Ref. no. 40 of 4th January, 2007 has the honour to inform that the Government of Kenya has no objection to the proposed establishment of a Counsulate in Mombasa by the Government of the United States of America. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kenya avails itself of this opportunity to renew to the Embassy of the United States of America the assurances of its highest consideration.
