Country clearance is requested for USAID/OFDA/ECARO Principal Regional Advisor, Jack Myer and Regional Advisor, Alan Dwyer to travel to Kampala, Uganda during the period o/a May 20 - 24, 2007. ¶2. The purpose of travel is to monitor OFDA partner activities in Kitgum and Pader. ¶3. Flight details for Myer and Dwyer are as follows: 05/20/07 NBI/ENT KQ 414 1800/1915 05/24/07 ENT/NBI KQ 413 1505/1620 ¶4. Mission in Kampala is requested to arrange for hotel accommodations and airport pick up. Myer has Top Secret Clearance and Dwyer has Secret Clearance and both have diplomatic passports. ¶5.
