THIS IS AN ACTION CABLE. PLEASE SEE PARA. 1, AND 4.


1. Country clearance is requested for USAID/OFDA/ECARO
Regional Advisor, Alan Dwyer and USAID/DCHA/OFDA Mary
Beth Brennan Seng to travel to Kampala, Uganda during
the period o/a April 27, 2007 to May 6, 2007.


2. The purpose of travel is to host the OFDA Director
visit to Northern Uganda.


3. Flight details for Alan Dwyer and Mary Beth Brennan
Seng are as follows:

04/27/07 NBI/ENT KQ 410 0835/0940
05/06/07 ENT/NBI KQ 411 1040/1145


4. Mission in Kampala is requested to arrange for hotel
accommodation and airport pick up. Alan Dwyer and Mary
Beth Brennan Seng both have diplomatic passports and
secret clearance.
