On October 1, CDA delivered reftel demarche to Mohammed
al-Hassan, Director of the Minister's office, Ministry of
Foreign Affairs. Hassan concurred that the forum served as
an important platform for facilitating discussion on these
issues, and would respond to our request once the Ministry
had completed its internal deliberations on this subject.
