(SBU) On June 13, Econoff discussed reftel points with Mohammed al-Said of the Economic and Technical Cooperation Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Said was very interested in the subject and asked the Embassy to provide additional, specific information on the actions of Idris so that the Ministry could take appropriate action.
