(C) Ambassador conveyed reftel draft statement to Deputy
Foreign Minister Sergey Kislyak June 25. On his way out the
door for meetings in Vienna with Bob Joseph and the IAEA,
Kislyak promised to get back to us as soon as possible with
reactions to the text. He also raised "serious, preliminary
concerns" about a Ministerial vice Presidential statement,
and said he expected that the GOR would push back on that
issue.
