as the ultimate consignee of a thermal eye 262AS
thermal imaging core manufactured byl-3 communications
infrared. These items are controlled for national
security, nuclear non-proliferation reasons under ECCN
6A003. The licensee is PR Technologies, 7412 SW
Beaverton Hillsdale HWY, Suite 205, Portland, OR
97225.
3. On January 16, 2007, Export Control Attache Donald
Pearce and FSN Natalya Shipitsina conducted the
requested pre-license check at the offices of , OOO
"Modern Optical Technologies", 23/1 Martosskaya
Tishina st., Moscow, Russia. The export control team
met with Aleksandr Putilovsky, General Director.
4. Recommendations: Post recommends , OOO "Modern
Optical Technologies", Moscow, Russia, as reliable
recipients of sensitive U.S. origin commodities. It is
requested that post be notified of final disposition
of the application, and of any shipments for this
organization in order to conduct appropriate FCS
follow-up and statistical reporting.
