(SBU) DCM and Pol/Econ Chief delivered the demarche announcing and
soliciting support for the candidacy of Comptroller General David
Walker for the UN Independent Audit Advisory Committee to the Head
of the MFA's North America Department, Sergey Sergeyev, and
Counsellor Andrey Rzheussky. Sergeyev thanked the DCM for the
