(SBU) On July 20, Acting Pol/Econ Chief delivered reftel points to Oleg Anisimov, Counselor in the North American Division. Anisimov promised to pass the information along to the Asia-Africa Department and the International Organizations Department. He also offered to attempt to facilitate a meeting with oil industry policymakers, although he noted Belarusneft officials would not be able to affect strategic questions.
