(SBU) Acting Pol/Econ Chief spoke to Deputy OSCE Office Head Vahram
Abadjian regarding the mission's needs. He said the mission is
actively seeking extra-budgetary funds for its proposed border
system monitoring project. Given substantial GOB funding for
security services, including border guards, post does not view this
project as a particularly high priority at this time.
