Fajer was aware of the event and said Mexico would probably send its concurrent Ambassador to Egypt and Iraq, Jaime Nualart. She asked if Mexico would receive a written invitation, and said this would be the appropriate way to assure GOM participation. She doubted Mexico would attend at the ministerial level. ¶2.
