Secretariat's (SRE's) Deputy Director General for UN-Related

Security and Legal Issues Julian Juarez Cardenas. Juarez
indicates that Mexico has no relationship with Iran's Defense
Industries Organization, but will still advise the proper GOM
authorities, including the Secretariat of Energy and the
National Commission on Nuclear Safeguards and Security.
