SUBJECT: AGOA Forum - Mozambican Delegation

On May 23 Mozambique's Minister of Industry and Commerce, Antonio
Fernando, informed USTR that he will be unable to attend the Sixth
AGOA Forum in Accra, Ghana. He appointed Ms. Ana Maria Raquel
Alberto, Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Industry and
Commerce, to attend in his place and head the Mozambican delegation.
The remaining delegation members are: Ambassador Armando A.
Panguene, Embassy of the Republic of Mozambique USA; Mr. Luis
Eduardo Sitoe, Commercial Counselor, Embassy of the Republic of
Mozambique USA; and Mr. Joao Macaringue, CEO, Export Promotion
Institute.
