On November 26 post delivered dipnote number 213 to the Ministry of
Foreign Affairs (MFA) urging support for the candidacy of
Pierre-Richard Proper to the UN Committee on the Elimination of
Racial Discrimination. The MFA received the dipnote on November 26,
and despite repeated follow-up contact, post has received no
substantive response regarding support for Mr. Prosper.
