1. Econ officers invited four Philippine Government officials to
participate in training at the University of Georgia's Center for
International Trade and Security (UGA-CITS) Export Control Academy,
October 1-12, 2007 as per reftel. The invited officials named in
reftel who could not participate in the workshop nominated
replacements as follows:
-- Jerome M. Turga, Special Assistant to the Undersecretary, Office
of the Undersecretary for Legal Affairs and Special Concerns,
Department of National Defense (replacement for Gladys Mauro
