ASSESSMENTS FOR TRIENNIAL BUDGET

Post delivered reftel demarche on the split-currency
assessment proposal to Barbara Trincado, Chief of the
International Relations Directorate at the Ministry of
Infrastructure and Public Works, on September 17. She had no
substantive comment. Matters related to civil aviation and
ICAO are handled by this Ministry in coordination with the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs' Directorate of Multilateral
Economic Relations. Manuel Bautista Perez, Director General
of Civil Aviation at the Ministry of Infrastructure and
Public Works, is currently representing Spain at the ICAO
session.
