Lopez Calvo from the Ministry of Industry's Directorate
General of Commerce and Investment regarding reftel demarche.
Santatmaria indicated that Spain is in agreement with the EU
position that members should not respond to the questionnaire
because the OECD was not the right forum to interpret
internationl law, in particular Security Council resolutions.
