1. (U) Please find below Embassy Luxembourg's input regarding
Department's questions contained reftel.


2. (SBU) Question 1 - "Can NAMSA Luxembourg confirm that it
placed an order for the items listed in pargraph 4 below from
Romeera? ... Contract reference #LC-CC/4600000559."
Response - Per NAMSA, the contract reference LC-CC/4600000559
is an Outline Agreement awarded on 23 Nov 2001 and extended
through 30 June 2007. It is a maintenance Outline Agreement
for 27 items used on C-130 and P-3 aircraft.


3. (SBU) Question 2 - "What is Romeera's role in this
transaction?" Response - NAMSA suspects that a transcription
error may have occured as the contractor in the above listed
contract is KEARSLEY Airways Ltd. The street address for
KEARSLEY Airways contains the word ROMEERA perhaps explaining
the transcription error. The full name and address for the
contractor actually associated with contract reference
