¶1. (C) On September 20, CDA delivered reftel's talking points
to Blaz Masle at the MFA's Division for Near East and Africa
and encouraged Slovenia to contribute to the Special Tribunal
for Lebanon. During a September 21 discussion, Matjaz
Kovacic, head of the MFA's International Organizations
Division, told Charge that he had passed our message to the
Foreign Minister. He noted that he hoped Slovenia would
decide before UNGA, although if not, the delegation would be
aware of our request.
