Econoff delivered reftel points to Emil Ferjancic at the
Ministry of the Environment and Spatial Planning. Ferjancic
stated that Dr. Klement Bergan, Director of the
Meteorological Office and Permanent Representative (PR) for
Slovenia to the World Meteorological Organization (WMO),and
Mr. Jozef Roskar, the former PR to WMO, will attend most of
the WMO Congress. Also, some other members of the Slovenian
delegation will cover certain sessions.
