Officer Pamela Mkwamba to deliver reftel talking points. Ms.
Mkwamba thanked poloff for the information and while she
considered it doubtful that Malawi, which does not have a
Mission in Geneva, would send a delegation to the Congress,
she promised to pass along the information to her Ministry.
