We alerted Kyzym that the U.S. had submitted a revised proposal on Modifications to Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV)/Cruise Missile Criteria as MTCR POC DOC 9. Kyzym said he would endeavor to translate our points and distribute them to the appropriate Ukrainian government experts at the earliest opportunity so that Ukraine could provide input before the intersessional Missile Technology Control Regime (MTCR) Technical Experts Meeting (TEM) in Oslo. ¶2.
