(C) In a November 20 meeting (issues raised reported septel),Kuwaiti MFA U/S Khaled Suliman Al-Jarallah informed CDA that on or around November 30, Iranian FM Manoucher Mottaki is scheduled to visit Kuwait to meet with senior GOK officials. ¶2.
