On October 22, POLOFF delivered reftel demarche and followed
up in a November 1 discussion with MFA International
Organizations Counselor Dr. Hamad Bou Rahmah. Bou Rahmah
said that overall, the GOK is in agreement with reftel points
regarding the UNGA Third Committee resolutions, but added
that decisions on relevant votes will likely be taken by the
Kuwaiti delegation to the UN.
