On October 4, Poloff delivered reftel demarche to Kuwait
Ministry of Foreign Affairs International Organizations
Department Counselor Dr. Hamad Bou Rahmah. Bou Rahmah said
that at this time, the level of GOK participation at the
November 5-9 Chemical Weapons Convention is unknown. He
added that he would consult with the MFA's Legal Department
regarding reftel's technical issues. Post will report any
substantive response septel.
