Arabic daily Al-Qabas under the title "America's Bidoons [stateless
residents]" (06/30):
"President Bush's initiative to appoint a special envoy to the
Islamic Conference will not lead to better understanding and
cooperation because the problem is with American policies towards
the Muslim world and not the lack of an envoy. Bush should work on
changing the policy of double standards. Only then will relations
