The security force members listed in Paragraph 2 are scheduled to participate in a Maritime Security Trilateral Conference from August 25 - 29, 200 in Cebu, Philippines sponsored by the Asia Pacific Security Forum. Embassy has no information to indicate that the individuals listed in Paragraph 2 have been involved in gross violations of human rights. ¶2.
