1. DCM raised the problem of illicit cash courier activity
during a meeting with Financial Secretary Colin Bullock of
the Ministry of Finance and Planning on February 15, and
provided background information paragraphs seven through
thirteen of Reftel.
2. Bullock expressed thanks, assured us the Government of
Jamaica also took the danger of such transfers seriously, and
said he would convey the information to appropriate parties
in the Ministry and at the Bank of Jamaica.
