1..The Jamaican delegation to the ILEA on trafficking in
persons consists of the following seven persons:
The Honorable Miss Justice Gloria Rowena Smith - representing
the judiciary;
Mr. Nigel Oliver Parke - representing the Ministry of Justice
(deals with legislation);
Ms. Lisa Merille Palmer, Acting Senior Deputy Director of
Public Prosecutions;
Ms. Nesta Hermine Haye, Acting Senior Coordinator, Victims'
Support Unit (Ministry of Justice);
Sgt. Morris Alexander Martin, member of the Jamaica
Constabulary Force (JCF) Trafficking in Persons Unit;
Sgt. Dorrette Brown, member of JCF Trafficking in Persons
Unit;
Sgt. Coralee Marie Brown-Fowler, member of JCF Trafficking in
Persons Unit.

¶3. Cost of air fair for each participant is $1475, including
airport departure tax in San Salvador.
