1. On October 26, PolOff met with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
and Foreign Trade's Director of Multilateral Affairs, Pamela
Ingelton, to deliver reftel demarche.
2. Ms. Ingleton stated that Jamaica believes this is an issue best
left to the UN. However, she promised to give the U.S. talking
points to her superiors. Post will report any further responses.
