1. On October 26, POLOFF met with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
and Foreign Trade Office's Director of Multilateral Affairs, Pamela
Ingelton, to deliver reftel demarche.
2. Ms. Ingleton had no comment in response to the demarche. POLOFF
left talking points as a non-paper, and Ms Ingleton promised to pass
the information on to the appropriate people in the Ministry. Post
will report any substantive responses.
