Post would like to send political/economic officer Anne M.
Bennett to attend the Democracy, Human Rights and Labor
Office's conference in Washington, D.C. from July 18-20. Per
reftel, Post requests funding for Ms. Bennett's travel costs
to the conference and per diem. The approximate cost of
round-trip airfare from Kathmandu to Washington is USD 3,953.
Post estimates 3.5 days of per diem would be required for a
