(U) On December 20, 2007, Post convened an Extended Country Team meeting during which a review of Post's security posture in advance of the holidays was held. ¶2. (SBU) Post is not aware of any threat information that is aimed at American interests in Nepal. Post employees were reminded to provide their supervisors with contact information if traveling during the holiday season. Post employees were also reminded to notify the RSO Section if traveling within NEPAL in order to receive updated security information and local emergency telephone numbers. Post's Surveillance Detection Team, Local Guard Force, and Mobile Patrol have all been instructed to remain vigilant and to immediately report all suspicious activities to the RSO immediately. Mobile Patrol has been instructed to increase patrols around the homes of those employees traveling over the holidays. All staff has been made aware to stay extra vigilant when shopping in popular shopping districts. The Lincoln School will be closed from December 14, 2007 through January 7, 2008. ¶3.
