(C/REL IROA) At a meeting on detainee transfer issues on
November 29, PolMilOff informed Mohammad Zia Salehi
(Situation Room Director) in Afghanistan's Office of the
National Security Council (ONSC) that the three Afghan
detainees listed in reftel will be scheduled for
Administrative Review Board (ARB) proceedings at Guantanamo
Bay (GTMO) in approximately 30 days. Salehi Acknowledged that
he understood the ARB process and would provide us with any
information on the detainees that is passed to his office.
Post will relay via front channel cable any written
information in support of release.
